Attorney – Leasing

Grossberg, Yochelson, Fox & Beyda, LLP, has an opening for a mid-level attorney (3-7 years’ experience) with substantial commercial real estate leasing experience to join the established and growing transactional practice of a collaborative, entrepreneurial and highly client-focused firm. A successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of demonstrated commercial real estate experience, strong drafting and analytical skills, and a background in leasing (office and/or retail). Law firm experience preferred.

Administrative Assistant – Fall Semester

Excellent opportunity in DC for undergraduate or graduate student looking for employment during the fall semester. Position is open starting mid-August. Our small downtown law firm is seeking enthusiastic students to serve in an administrative capacity that includes filing documents at local and federal agencies, making copies and binders, working with vendors and other general office work. Day to day responsibilities vary but employee must be timely and efficient in completing their tasks. Looking for a student to work 15-25 hours per week. Office is open Monday through Friday between 8:30 and 5:30.

Successful applicant must have a professional demeanor, be able to work with minimal supervision, be able to manage their time and complete tasks within a deadline. Good communication, strong computer skills and a positive attitude are also a must.
