Richard F. Levin is a partner of Grossberg, Yochelson, Fox & Beyda, LLP. Mr. Levin concentrates his practice among areas of acquisition, sale, financing and leasing of real property in the District of Columbia metropolitan area and across the United States. He received a Bachelor of Science degree with high distinction from Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctor degree with honors from the George Washington University Law School. Mr. Levin started at Grossberg, Yochelson, Fox & Beyda as a law clerk while a first-year law student, and has been with the firm ever since. Mr. Levin advises numerous individuals and real estate companies on contractual, business and management issues, and has lectured on various real estate related topics from time to time.
