Kari L. Bourg

Kari L. Bourg has spent over 20 years specializing in commercial real estate leasing.  She has represented a wide variety of landlords, tenants, and developers in leasing transactions across the country, including handling office, retail, industrial, and outdoor storage leasing and leasebacks related to purchase and sale transactions.   Kari’s work experience prior to joining Grossberg, Yochelson, Fox & Beyda, LLP in 2024 includes two premier international law firms and a regional leasing boutique.

In addition to working in-house for Tanger Outlet Centers (a REIT owning and managing outlet centers across the country), Kari taught at the University of Colorado School of Law and began her career clerking for the Honorable Martin L.C. Feldman in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana   Kari received her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was a Dillard Fellow and a member of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy and the Law.
