Derek J. Siegal focuses his practice on the acquisition, disposition, sale, financing and leasing of real property. Mr. Siegal received a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He received a Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law where he served as a Note & Comment Editor on the American University Business Law Review and a Legal Rhetoric Dean’s Fellow. Mr. Siegal started at Grossberg, Yochelson, Fox & Beyda as a law clerk while a second-year law student, and has been with the firm ever since.
