Taryn Reynolds focuses her practice on representing institutional and entrepreneurial clients on the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of real property across the United States. Prior to joining the firm, she was counsel at a premiere New York firm where she represented and counseled a wide variety of clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, financing and joint ventures and assisted in the real estate aspects of corporate financing, mergers, acquisitions and related transactions.
Ms. Reynolds received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, New York, where she served as Supervising Editor of the Cardozo Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Coif.
