Sholom P. Yaffa focuses his practice on complex real estate transactions. Mr. Yaffa assists clients in acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, financing, and leasing in Washington D.C. and across the country. Prior to joining Grossberg, Yochelson, Fox & Beyda, Mr. Yaffa was in-house counsel and head of transactions for a real estate private equity firm where he lead the execution of the firm’s deals through various investment structures.
Mr. Yaffa received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yeshiva University, graduating with honors and as a valedictorian finalist. He received his law degree with honors from Brooklyn Law School.
