Kumail Mirza works on a variety of commercial real estate matters, including leasing, financing, purchase & sale transactions, and joint venture agreements.
Prior to joining Grossberg, Yochelson, Fox & Beyda, LLP, Mr. Mirza was an associate at Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in New York, where Mr. Mirza’s practice focused on all aspects of commercial and real estate litigation. He represented investors, purchasers, sellers, and corporate entities concerning claims for breach of contract, fraud and business torts.
Mr. Mirza received his bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University, magna cum laude, and earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where he served as Articles and Notes Editor on the St. John’s University School of Law New York Real Property Law Journal.
