Commercial Real Estate Associate – Transactional
Grossberg, Yochelson, Fox & Beyda, LLP has an immediate opening for a junior attorney (3-5 years’ experience) with commercial transactional real estate experience to join the established and growing practice of a collaborative, entrepreneurial and highly client-focused firm. A successful candidate will have significant experience working as part of a team on all aspects of acquisition, development and financing. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is a must. A strong candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Commercial Real Estate Associate – Leasing
Grossberg, Yochelson, Fox & Beyda, LLP has an immediate opening for a mid-level attorney (4-7 years’ experience) with substantial commercial real estate leasing experience to join the established and growing transactional practice of a collaborative, entrepreneurial and highly client-focused firm. A successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of demonstrated commercial real estate experience, strong drafting and analytical skills, and a background in leasing (office and/or retail). Law firm experience preferred. Remote work available.
Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
Grossberg, Yochelson, Fox & Beyda, LLP has an opportunity available for an Commercial Real Estate Paralegal that will provide support to a small group of attorneys. We are seeking a proactive individual with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ability to prioritize assignments to meet deadlines is a must. Candidates should have great time management skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates should also be competent with Microsoft Office suite, Adobe and time-keeping software.
A successful candidate should have a college degree and minimum of two years of experience in commercial real estate law, experience in a law firm environment is preferred. Candidates should have experience reviewing title commitments, surveys and related title exception documents and familiarity with ALTA title and survey standards, as well as experience reviewing closing and/or settlement statements for purchase and sale transactions and loans. Candidates should also have experience with the drafting of typical real estate closing deliveries and documents such as resolutions, certificates and conveyance instruments. Candidates will have the opportunity to grow in the role over time to include expanded responsibilities.
