Warren A. Margolies has more than a decade of experience working with local and national organizations, developers and institutional owners in all areas of commercial real estate transactions, including the representation of both landlords and tenants in the leasing of office and retail space. He has significant experience drafting and negotiating high profile office and retail leases for clients of varying sizes.  Prior to joining Grossberg, Yochelson, Fox & Beyda, LLP, Mr. Margolies spent four years as a Senior Staff Attorney at Vornado/Charles E. Smith L.P., representing one of the metropolitan Washington, D.C. region’s largest owners and developers in the negotiation of office and retail leases and related transactions.  He currently serves as a board member for the DC Real Estate Group. Mr. Margolies received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in English and Political Science from Indiana University and a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law.
