Nicholas Larson focuses his practice on the acquisition, financing and leasing of real property. Additionally, Mr. Larson advises owners on project development, including AIA construction contracts.

His experience also includes the formation and organization of business entities and complex joint ventures.

Previously, Mr. Larson served as a trial attorney with the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. In that capacity, he litigated felony level courts-martial, advised the senior commander of an airborne combat engineer brigade and presented oral arguments before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. His combined background in litigation and regulatory compliance provides him with the unique insight to counsel key decision-makers in even the most complex and demanding environments.

He received a Bachelor of Arts with distinction from Boston University. He received his law degree with honors from Gonzaga University School of Law, where he was a member of the Gonzaga Journal of International Law and served as Team Captain for the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Team.
