Matthew S. Kirsch concentrates his practice on the acquisition, sale, financing and leasing of real property. Mr. Kirsch also advises clients regarding the planning, development and governance of mixed-use projects and condominiums. Additionally, Mr. Kirsch specializes in the appeal of real property tax assessments in Washington, D.C. and Maryland, as well as compliance with the District of Columbia Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA). Matt has extensive experience with general business matters, including the formation and organization of business entities and complex joint ventures.

Mr. Kirsch received his Bachelor of Business Administration with honors from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. Matt received his law degree with honors from The George Washington University Law School, where he was a Member of the International Law Review.
